First African Paints founded to concentrate on Awlgrip distribution

We thought about it for a long time, and eventually decided that it makes sense to split the paint division off into a separate company.

So in February we inked a transaction to split this business off, giving our long serving Sales Representative Kuba Miszewski a share in the entity, effective 1 October 2007.

As if it had been waiting for this, Paints went through the sound barrier, exceeding our previous best sales figures for a full year within 6 months. So things are looking good on this front.

The premier Cape yacht builders are using Awlgrip and our other products, Epifanes and Milesi, in increasing quantities.
