At Africlad, transforming buildings is what we do. Often, the first impression a potential client will get of your company is the impression created by your building. We are ready to transform your building from an ugly duckling into a beautiful swan!

The cladding materials we use are highly versatile, allowing you the opportunity to sculpt virtually any shape you can think of, in any colour you can think of. We mostly use Alpolic, an aluminium composite panel from Mitsubishi Plastics in Japan, which is similar to Hula-bond. We have world class engineers, project managers and highly skilled manufacturing and installation teams. Where required, structures are subjected to FEM (Finite Element Methods) analysis to ensure that designs are adequate.

The look of this building in an industrial area next to the N2 was transformed with the addition of Luxalon cladding by Africlad. The total cladding area is around 400 sq m.

Africlad manufactured and installed ACM cladding with a unique perforated camouflage pattern to add the finishing touches to the recently upgraded Phalaborwa Mall. Being the gateway to the Kruger National Park, the Metallic Champagne panels gives the Mall a modern integrated artistic feel.

We also do signs: First African Holdings is the biggest local supplier of signage to the oil industry in South Africa, and rapidly making inroads in other sectors such as retail.

We also do rigging: FAH has helped a number of ex employees to set up the First African Rigging. FAR is majority Black Owned by its employees.
